Job summary

Level 2 requires 2+ years of experience; Level 3 requires 5+ years and program troubleshooting. Competitive pay with 5% shift differential, overtime, and quarterly bonuses after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC lathe machining experience for Level 2.
• 5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience for Level 3.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and quality requirements.
• Aero-space manufacturing experience preferred (Level 3).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and VTLs.
• Machine precision aerospace components to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Select tooling and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues.
• Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.
