Qualifications

• 5 years of machining or related experience.
• Proficiency with precision measurement instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organization.
• Flexible to changing workloads and customer requirements.
• Must read/write/understand English.
• Basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or hones) to produce parts per specs.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Prioritize components to meet on-time delivery.
• Perform quality checks with precision tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC/hones equipment.
• Document maintenance records for repair work orders.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality for aerospace standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
