Job summary

Patriot Machine, Inc. seeks high-potential engineers for its Engineer Development Program (EDP) designed to build future leaders in aerospace manufacturing.

The program starts with day-shift training, followed by approximately two years of night and/or weekend shifts operating machines and gaining valuable hands-on experience. If you have a strong interest in day shift and meet the program prerequisites, there may be opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• U.S. Person required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excels with hands-on projects.
• Hard working and driven.

Responsibilities

• Train to run CNC machines to produce aircraft parts.
• Gain experience with metal cutting techniques, vibration analysis and machining process planning.
• Learn across areas of the business with opportunities for advancement.
• Contribute to aerospace projects for OEMs and defense contractors.
• Develop knowledge for future leadership and roles.
