Qualifications

• Degreed engineer or equivalent experience in manufacturing processes.
• 5 years’ experience as a manufacturing engineer.
• Background in CNC machining or toolmaking preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize manufacturing process options for CNC machining of complex structural aircraft parts.
• Develop machining sequence plans and fixture designs for efficient machining of aluminum, titanium and stainless steel structural aircraft parts.
• Perform research, design and development of manufacturing process including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
• Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products; manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
