BETA Technologies in South Burlington, Vermont, is seeking a skilled professional to develop CMM inspection programs for aerospace components. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Design Engineering teams to ensure quality and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years QC experience in aerospace or comparable industry.
• CNC CMM Programming experience.
• Proficient in GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018).
• Proficient with hand gages (micrometers, dial indicators, etc.).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop CMM inspection programs for aerospace components.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality and Design Engineering teams.
• Provide technical expertise for machining process development.
• Program multiple CMM’s supporting machining processes.
• Interpret prints developed with GD&T standards.

Skills
