Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a CMM Programmer to operate a CMM and ensure products meet quality standards. The role requires extensive knowledge of Calypso and PCDMIS, with 75% on-site work and 25% remote programming, and periodic travel to other locations.

The ideal candidate will have aerospace dimensional inspection experience and strong GD&T understanding, along with hands-on use of CMMs, 3D scanners, and related inspection tools.

Qualifications

• CMM programming in PCDMIS, CALYPSO, or other languages required.
• FAI’s – AS9102 experience preferred.
• Hand measurement tools experience.
• Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and blueprint interpretation.
• Dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run existing CMM programs; perform alignment and daily calibration.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain inspection document files.
• Review inspection records for compliance.
• Maintain inspection and measuring equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
