Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing/assembly, fluent English, and comfort with microscope work. TrainingWeek Day shift and several shift options offered, with benefits and potential contract-to-hire conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on manufacturing/assembly (electrical, mechanical, or medical preferred).
• English fluency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Comfortable with prolonged microscope work (sitting & standing).
• Experience with precision hand tools; troubleshooting mindset a plus.
• Clear, professional communication; able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test components from travelers/engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Operate, set up, monitor, and change over production equipment.
• Use microscopes and small hand tools for precise cleanroom assembly.
• Inspect output to documented quality criteria and record production data.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement and support the Honeywell Operating System.
