PDS Tech Commercial seeks a skilled assembler for aerospace hardware in a cleanroom environment in Redmond, WA. You will build and verify high-reliability assemblies, interpret blueprints, travel parts, and capture data to drive quality improvements.

The role demands steady hands, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. A drug test and ITAR compliance are part of the process; attendance bonuses are available for perfect attendance.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and data entry.
• At least 1 year of recent manufacturing experience; 2–3+ years preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a cleanroom: full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and an anti-static bracelet are standard.
• Stamina to work for extended periods at a microscope.
• Excellent dexterity, fine motor control, and steady hand–eye coordination.
• Hands-on experience with precision hand tools.
