Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Continuous Improvement (HBS)/IT Engineer to lead automation initiatives across our manufacturing and admin processes at the Rochester forging plant.

The role focuses on improving on-time delivery, productivity, quality, cost, safety, and environmental performance. You will expand reporting automation, rollout Power BI dashboards, and drive data-driven solutions using Lean tools, AI, and advanced analytics, with a strong emphasis on

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or systems engineering in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Preferred: degree in CS/CE and 5 years in the field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Expand local reporting automation opportunities using Visual tools.
• Roll out Power BI dashboards for production metrics.
• Collaborate with process owners to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Apply a standardized project lifecycle to manage scope, timeline and budget.
• Digitize/manual workflows across production and admin functions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, ML and analytics across processes.
