Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Program Manager II to oversee complex aircraft seat programs from sales handover to closure. You will manage cost, schedule, scope and quality, mentor junior managers, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding RECARO standards and FAA certification requirements.

The role requires leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams, detailed planning, and proactive risk management to meet aggressive timelines and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree; engineering background preferred.
• Strong customer relations and negotiation skills required.
• Experience with complex program management and FAA certification procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs from sales handover to program closure with responsibility over cost, timeline, scope and quality.
• Develop full-scale project plans and manage tracking databases.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders; maintain regular program progress reports.
• Lead meetings, assign tasks, monitor due dates and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to department processes and provide mentorship to less experienced staff.
