Job summary

A leading aerospace and defense company in Berthoud, Colorado is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead development efforts on next-generation products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. This role includes responsibilities for manufacturing process development, collaboration with design engineering, and hands-on involvement in prototype builds. Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in design or manufacturing of aerospace hardware.
• Hands-on experience in production manufacturing environments.
• Experience with inspection methods, common inspection tools, and GD&T.

• Implement continuous improvement in collaboration with engineers.
• Own manufacturing BOMs, routings, and process planning.
