Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in ceramics manufacturing or 7+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
Ability to perform root cause analysis.
Experience with non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced ceramics.
Provide engineering support to production teams.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
Lead initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation.
Skills
Knowledge of ceramics manufacturing processes
Experience with CAD software
