Poly6 in Ohio is seeking a Finishing Technician to support daily manufacturing operations, performing finishing, patching and repairing ceramic components with precision tools. You will use visual magnification and calibrated instruments to ensure quality and meet production targets.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, 6S standards, and collaboration with engineers and quality teams. A high school diploma, detail orientation, and ability to work with hazardous materials are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0+ years of work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced or additive manufacturing environments a plus.
• Ability to pass standard vision and hearing tests as part of pre-employment testing.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity for work on detailed surfaces with repetitive small hand movements.

Responsabilidades

• Finish intricate ceramic components with precision tools.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated instruments and visual standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve team production and efficiency goals by meeting or exceeding standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve build or process issues.
• Support cross-functional ad-hoc duties to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 6S and PPE policies.
