Job summary

Poly6 is seeking a Finishing Technician to support daily manufacturing of ceramic-based components. You will finish parts, inspect with calibrated instruments, and follow detailed SOPs to ensure quality and throughput. Emphasis on safety and 6S in a regulated environment.

You will work with engineers and quality teams to resolve issues, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to PPE protocols while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0+ years manufacturing experience; additive manufacturing exposure a plus.
• Ability to pass standard vision and hearing tests.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for detailed surfaces.
• Comfortable handling hazardous materials in controlled environments.
• Familiarity with SOPs, SDS, 6S, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Finish intricate ceramic components with precision tools.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with calibrated instruments.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards to regulatory requirements.
• Help meet production and quality targets as a team.
