Poly6 is seeking a Finishing Technician to support daily manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will perform hands-on finishing, patching, and repairing ceramic components within the production flow and use magnification techniques to verify production targets.

You will work with engineers and quality teams to resolve issues, adhere to SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while handling hazardous materials in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0+ years of work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in a fast paced or additive manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to pass standard vision and hearing tests as part of pre-employment testing.
• Detail oriented with dexterity for fine surface work and repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working with hazardous materials in a controlled environment.

Responsabilités

• Finish ceramic components with precision tools and repair indications.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated instruments.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed production and quality targets.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support engineering experiments and cross-functional communication to resolve production issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace following 6S and PPE policies.
