Electro-Methods Inc. – A Stronvar Aerospace Company in South Windsor, CT seeks mechanically inclined Cell Technicians for 2nd shift. You will join a lean manufacturing flow cell producing aerospace components and cross-train across equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding equipment and monitor process quality.
• Inspect parts with CMMs, Keyence and precision measurement tools.
• Perform bench finishing including deburring and edge finishing.
• Wash and prepare components for downstream processes.
• Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
