Electro-Methods Inc. – A Stronvar Aerospace Company in South Windsor, Connecticut, is seeking a Cell Technician for 2nd shift to join our Lean manufacturing flow cell and help produce aerospace components.

You'll gain cross-training across robotic welding, precision inspection, bench finishing, and more, with training provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement, with a base pay starting at $20.00 per hour plus a 30% 2nd shift premium.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding equipment and monitor process quality.
• Use CMMs, Keyence systems, micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precision inspection.
• Perform precision deburring, edge finishing, and component preparation.
• Operate cleaning equipment to prepare components for downstream processes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
• Support Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
