Job summary

A joint venture company is seeking a Computer Aided Design Drafter Co-op to assist in creating engineering drawings for aerospace systems. The role requires current enrollment in a CAD program, with tasks including preparing drawings from sketches and working under supervision. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and is based at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and able to obtain Department of Defense clearance.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Computer Aided Design training program with basic CAD experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense NACI level clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete engineering drawings or diagrams.
• Work under direction in graphic preparation using CAD.
• Develop engineering drawings from verbal, sketch, or note information.
