Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC is seeking a Drafter-CAD Operator to support TOS II at Arnold Air Force Base in Arnold, TN. The role involves applying CAD programs to create designs for new systems and facilities, and upgrades to existing ones, working with engineers in an integrated team.

Responsibilities include piping layouts, single-line power drawings, facility layouts, and electrical drawings for process controls. U.S. citizenship is required; security clearance is preferred for this DoD program.

Qualifications

• Vocational school drafting certification or college with drafting/design courses.
• Minimum of four years of progressive drafting experience or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete engineering drawings or diagrams for equipment, engineered systems, structures, and plant layouts with sufficient detail.
• Generate 3-D CAD design models from information provided by others.
• Coordinate designs with engineers and other designers.
