Job summary

Raise is hiring a Production/Repair Operator LR05 for an onsite role in Orlando, FL. The contract is six months with potential extension or permanent hire and a 40-hour week (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; technical coursework preferred.
• IPC-A-620A certification required.
• 4+ years in cable/harness or electromechanical assembly.
• 2+ years SAP experience.
• 3+ years inventory control or shipping/receiving experience.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reads, interprets, and applies engineering drawings, technical specifications, schematics, and work instructions with minimal supervision.
• Fabricates, inspects, and tests cable & harness assemblies, including more complex multi-branch configurations.
• Performs intermediate troubleshooting of production issues, wiring errors, incorrect terminations, continuity faults, and assembly defects.
• Programs and inspects labels/placards using labeling equipment; performs basic maintenance on machines.
• Performs and documents preventative maintenance and calibration checks on assigned tools and equipment.
• Supports continuous improvement activities, including 5S, quality containment, and root cause identification.
• Mentors Level 1 assemblers on basic tasks and correct workmanship practices.
• Performs additional duties such as material handling, part kitting, and supporting Florida locations using company vehicles.
• Performs advanced testing using HIPOT, continuity, multimeters, VSWR testing, torque tools, automated test equipment, and documentation systems.
