Job summary

Amphenol CIT St Augustine is seeking an Electrical Assembler I to build high-quality cables, wire harnesses and integrated products for aerospace applications.

You will perform simple cable assembly operations under general supervision, using hand tools and basic machines, following drawings and instructions with attention to safety, quality, and on-time production. Requirements include basic soldering, color-code identification, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience highly desired.
• Must communicate in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Builds simple point-to-point wire/fiber cables following drawings and instructions.
• Uses basic hand tools (heat gun, hand crimpers, power screwdriver, solder pot, ruler).
• Identifies wires using color code sequence.
• Completes paperwork related to cable assemblies.
• Maintains clean, safe workstation and follows safety procedures.
