Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 2-5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with change management EIA-649, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with cost analysis, managing suppliers, and configuration management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary process improvement resource across assigned transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and independent research to understand current processes and identify gaps to fill.
• Perform analyses (SQL queries and other methods) to identify issues and opportunities impacting customers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Integrate with all levels of the business to understand current workflows and identify systematic gaps that quantifiably change outcomes.
• Create process documentation and process maps.
• Identify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage; assist in troubleshooting.
• Ensure redesigned processes deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders by minimizing inefficiencies.
• Leverage technology to further improve processes, including automation where appropriate.
• Improve data capture for future Account Management use cases, collaborating with software teams on table structure.
