Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to drive NPIs, manufacturing, and supply chain processes for space-grade electronics. You will partner with engineering, program management, and supply chain to industrialize workflows for high-reliability, high-volume satellites.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data-driven improvement, and adoption of automation within a startup-like environment. This is a full-time on-site position in a dynamic aerospace setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 2-5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with EIA-649 change management, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with cost analysis, managing suppliers, and configuration management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary process improvement resource across assigned transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and independent research to understand current processes and identify gaps.
• Conduct analyses (SQL queries and other methods) to identify issues and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Integrate with all levels of the business to map workflows and identify systematic gaps.
• Create process documentation and process maps.
• Identify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency.
• Train internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboards, APIs, and tool usage; assist in troubleshooting.
• Ensure redesigned processes deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Leverage automation to further improve processes where appropriate.
• Collaborate with software teams on data table structures for future Account Management use cases.
