Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet FAA requirements for a safety-sensitive position.
• Due to the role as a key supplier to the U.S. defense industry, must be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document brazing and heat treatment processes.
• Train workers on procedures and create work instructions.
• Monitor brazing performance to meet targets.
• Develop best practices for production quality and reliability.
• Lead braze process development and maintain NADCAP certifications.

Skills

Familiarity with vacuum brazing

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of heat treatment and brazing processes

Strong communication skills

Ability to collaborate in a team

Functional knowledge of NDT processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
