Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with pressure gauges.
• Basic shop math including decimals and fractions.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to understand work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Operate blast machines and equipment per instructions and specs.
• Prepare parts for blasting via masking and taping.
• Set up and run blasting processes using abrasive media.
• Inspect and maintain blast equipment and tools.
• Read and interpret work instructions accurately.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
