Qualifications

• High school diploma required; aerospace environment preferred.
• NASA 8739.1/8739.4 certification knowledge; certification helps.
• Experience in clean room environments with ESD safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Li-ion batteries using soldering, insulation coating, epoxy, and wire harness assembly.
• Use hand tools and microscopes for precise assembly as per work instructions.
• Train and assist other technicians on equipment usage and procedures.
