Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • General mechanical knowledge or background preferred.
  • Experience with reading drawings/blueprints helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test hydraulic components per drawings and specs.
  • Finish tasks like lockwire, sealant, and paint touch-up; install plates and fittings.
  • Use hand tools and precision measuring devices to verify requirements.
  • Monitor quality per manufacturing plans and engineering drawings.
  • Calibrate gauges and transducers per test procedures.
  • Complete acceptance test procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain part quality with proper tooling and processes.
  • Meet production deadlines according to schedule.
  • Collaborate with team to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow policies.
  • Contribute to 5S, TPM, PM, and process improvement programs.
