Re:Build Manufacturing’s Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio is seeking an Assembly Operator to support growing product offerings in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will install and assemble components, maintain inventory, organize the assembly area, communicate with foremen and quality teams, and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrates inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Team Player.
• Integrity and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.
• Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
• Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment.
• Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
• Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork.
