Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing & Cutting Dynamics LLC in Avon Lake, OH is seeking an Assembly Operator for the Cutting Dynamics facility. You will install screws, rivets, and components, maintain inventory, and organize the assembly area.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate inspection and basic math skills, and communicate clearly in English. We value teamwork, integrity, safety, and a proactive, quality‑minded approach.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Demonstrates inspection competence.
Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Great communicator; Team player; Integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.
Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment.
Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork.
