Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Secondary Operator at our Avon, Ohio facility. The role performs deburring and other secondary operations, following detailed work orders and blueprints to ensure quality and safety. You will load materials, inspect outputs, and document data for production records.

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to understand basic English for safety and communications.
• Team-oriented with dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, flat sanding, and other secondary operations.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and specs to determine required operations.
• Maintain tools and replace as needed to meet specs.
• Record production data accurately.
• Load/unload items from carts, crates and palettes.
• Position products for further processing, inspection, or wrapping.
• Verify conformance to quality standards and move to next operation.
