The role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule, with pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour (experience-based), plus overtime options on Fridays and a four-day workweek approach. This contract-to-hire position emphasizes stability and career growth within aviation manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Follow manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
