Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with basic hand tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team with the fabrication of composite parts and/or electromechanical assemblies.
• Follow written work instructions to assemble and document the build of each assembly.
• Escalate process or quality issues.
• Offer suggestions to improve safety, quality, on-time delivery, etc.
