Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent required.
• This position requires the ability to understand and communicate basic English for safety and production documentation.
• Basic counting and math skills are needed.
• Be able to work under production deadlines and cooperate with others in a team.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, drilling, tapping, threading, and other secondary operations.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specs.
• Maintain tools and replace as needed to meet specs.
• Record operational or production data.
• Load/unload items and move them to the next operation.
• Inspect products for conformance to quality standards.
