Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and training abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing work demands and environments.
• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities across multiple departments.
• Execute production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize throughput.
• Monitor production metrics and address issues impacting quality, safety, or delivery.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and production records.
