Job summary

Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Process Inspector at our Everett, WA site. The role requires performing inspections on assembled parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with design drawings and process specifications.

Training lasts 4-6 weeks on first shift (5:00am-1:30pm) before moving to a permanent schedule. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and about 1 year of precision inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience with precision machined part assemblies.
• Reads and interprets process specifications and drawings sufficient to perform duties.
• Understands Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements and ANSI/ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Inspects assembled parts using calipers, micrometers and gauge pins per inspection plans.
• Reviews vendor certifications and product per Royell PO/work order; measures to drawings for thickness and masked features.
• Inspects assemblies and sub-assemblies using standard plans and checklists.
