Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED) in the US or vocational/technical education with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment.
• Maintain an organized inventory of products in work stations and ensure materials are available.
• Perform quality checks on work and record defects; rework/repair per engineering changes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Stand up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Read and interpret technical documents and drawings; use various hand/power tools.
• Identify defects with keen attention to detail and follow engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and rework products to meet quality standards.
• Work in environments ranging from standard to non-standard conditions.
