Boeing is seeking an Inspector Assembly and Installation B to join our Quality team in Everett and Renton, Washington. You will inspect final assemblies and installations, perform in-process checks, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to specifications, and documentation of discrepancies. Onsite work at multiple Washington locations is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a related inspection role.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).

Responsibilities

• Inspect final assemblies and installations for workmanship and conformance with drawings.
• Perform shakedown inspections and witness functional checks for readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to reduce defects.
• Investigate defects and document nonconforming materials.
• Audit manufacturing and QA processes for compliance with specifications.
• Review plans and paperwork for completeness and compliance.
• Perform in-process inspections for torque, sealing, and bonding.
• Inspect electrical assemblies for proper installation and routing.
