Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations or 3+ years of experience with Quality/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Preferred: APQP knowledge, LEAN and Six Sigma certs, RCAs, and ability to read drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Suppliers with APQP/PPAP guidance including tools like PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, FAI.
• Develop timelines for APQP projects and ensure schedule adherence.
• Interface with cross-functional Spirit teams and customers.
• Prepare monthly KPI summaries for APQP/PPAP processes.
• Continuously improve APQP/PPAP processes and procedures.
