Job summary

MORSE Corp seeks an Aerospace Algorithms Engineer for Cambridge, MA, to develop physics-based models and mission planning tools used by military personnel and first responders. The role requires strong physics, aerospace, robotics, math and statistics background and the ability to translate algorithms into production software. US citizenship or the ability to obtain a U.S.

Security Clearance is required. A MS/PhD and 5+ years of experience are preferred for ownership of the algorithm lifecycle

Qualifications

• Must own mission planning algorithms lifecycle: conception, development, deployment, testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own algorithms throughout their lifecycle, including conception, development, documentation, deployment, and testing.
• Process and analyze raw data
• Simulate and validate algorithmic performance using dynamic systems.
• Present technical work through white papers, analysis test reports, and oral presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of algorithms into software solutions.
