Job summary

AAA USA Inc. is seeking an experienced aircraft painter to prepare and finish coatings on aircraft parts and assemblies at our Little Rock, AR facility. This role involves reading engineering drawings, color matching, and operating industrial spray equipment to apply primers, sealants, and topcoats.

Willingness to relocate/travel and work any shift is required. The position supports production schedules while maintaining safety and aerospace quality standards, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Experience painting aircraft or aerospace components.
• Experience operating industrial spray guns and paint equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to distinguish colors and finishes accurately.
• Ability to work from elevated platforms and ladders.
• Willing to work any shift.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft parts for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking).
• Mix primers and topcoats per specs.
• Apply primers and finishes with spray equipment.
• Inspect coatings for thickness and quality.
• Maintain paint booths and equipment.
• Handle and dispose of paints and solvents per regs.
• Support production schedules while meeting safety standards.
