Candidates must operate industrial spray guns, mix primers and topcoats, and ensure coating thickness and quality standards. Ideal candidates will maintain paint booths, comply with safety regulations, and support production schedules within aerospace quality standards.

Qualifications

• Aircraft painting experience required.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Able to distinguish colors and finishes accurately.
• Willing to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft parts for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking.
• Mix primers, sealants, and topcoats according to specifications.
• Apply primers and coatings using spray equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Match colors to required specifications and ensure coating quality.
• Perform paint touch-ups, rework, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain paint booths and spray guns; ensure proper operation.
• Handle paints, solvents, and hazardous materials per regulations.
• Support production schedules while adhering to safety and aerospace standards.
