Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Technology is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for senior staffing and leadership roles.
• ITAR compliance and U.S. person status are required per job posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers and specialists in aerospace aftermarket operations.
• Ensure processes comply with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on assembly, teardown, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
