Job summary

John Galt Staffing seeks an aerospace engineer specializing in aerodynamic design and CFD for aircraft across speed regimes, from low-speed to hypersonic. You will build and execute extensive design analyses and present findings to stakeholders.

You will support multiple aero/thermal test programs within an interdisciplinary team and may travel to field sites; US citizenship and DOD Secret clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• MS in aerospace/mechanical engineering; BS + 3 years acceptable.
• Hands-on UAV prototyping experience.
• CFD and high-speed flow coursework.
• Experience with modern numerical CFD tools.
• Programming to develop engineering algorithms.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Clear communication of results in oral and written form.
