Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility to support the production and operation of LPBF and MBJ systems. You will assist with machine setup, powder handling, build preparation, post-build activities, and general production support in a regulated aerospace environment.

You will work with engineers, quality personnel, and production leadership to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing with a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Interest in advanced manufacturing technologies and precision production.
• Commitment to safety and quality in an aerospace setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, build preparation, material loading, and powder handling.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support powder recycling, sieving, storage, and material traceability requirements.
• Follow all quality procedures, documentation requirements, and production standards.
• Complete production records, inspection documentation, and work order tracking.
• Perform basic visual inspections of parts and report defects.
• Follow strict safety procedures related to metal powders and PPE.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing engineers, quality, and production personnel.
• Assist in inventory management and material movement as needed.
• Operate hoists or other material handling equipment when trained and authorized.
