Job summary

Allied Universal in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Security Officer Government Identity Verification to safeguard clients across Aero/Defense and other industries. You will manage entry points, verify access, monitor activity, and deliver superior service while maintaining a professional, safety‑minded environment.

This full‑time role offers $30.62 per hour with a Morning shift schedule Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, corrections and/or military experience.
• Armed Guard card is required.
• Active secret clearance.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control and customer service at an aerospace/defense site.
• Verify credentials and process visitors, maintaining entry/exit records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms according to procedures.
• Conduct patrols of access points, areas, and perimeters.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and site reps.
