The role requires a strong security mindset, 2+ years in related fields, and an active clearance. Full-time hours, $30.62 per hour, with a schedule spanning most weekdays and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, corrections and/or military experience.
• Armed Guard card is required.
• Active secret clearance is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-specific access control and customer service at aerospace/defense location.
• Verify credentials and process authorized visitors; maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents following reporting procedures.
• Conduct patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors.
