Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and control access to restricted areas.
• Observe and report access irregularities and security concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
