Job summary

CSI Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee Team Members, ensure production schedules, and uphold CSI quality standards in a low-noise manufacturing environment. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in production, familiarity with FAA Part 145 repair station settings, and strong multitasking skills.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years previous supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with general operational facility including soldering, blending, machining and assembly of detailed electrical components.
• Familiar with FAA Part 145 Repair Station regulations preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement weekly forecasts to meet production, quality and safety objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between site departments and management.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Enforce safety and conduct policies and take disciplinary action when needed.
• Oversee talent management: hiring, staffing, training, appraisals and goal setting.
• Address attendance and performance issues and mediate disputes.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and costs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
