CSI Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead Team Members, drive production schedules and assure quality in assigned areas per CSI requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in production, an associate degree in Business or equivalent, and familiarity with FAA Part 145 regulations. Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports in a production environment.
• Familiar with FAA regulations related to a Part 145 Repair Station (preferred).

Mansioni

• Supervise Team Members and meet production schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments.
• Enforce safety policies and initiate disciplinary action when necessary.
• Manage talent including interviewing, hiring, staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Improve processes to enhance safety, efficiency, quality and cost.
• Manage attendance and performance issues.
