Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking an Aerosol Technician to ensure cleanliness, operation, and maintenance of gas house tools and equipment. You will help maintain production efficiency, address safety concerns, and uphold quality standards.

The role requires daily inspections, preventive maintenance, changeovers, downtime reporting, and collaboration with supervision to resolve issues. High school diploma and 1–3 years aerosol line experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of general aerosol line experience preferred.
• Gas house operations and safety standards highly proficient.
• Preventive maintenance techniques highly proficient.
• Attention to detail for documentation and inspections.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness, cGMP compliance, and operational readiness.
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on gas house equipment.
• Execute changeovers and troubleshoot downtime issues.
• Maintain detailed downtime reports, action registers, and shift logs.
• Identify and correct product quality defects originating in the gas house.
• Follow and enforce all safety and GMP guidelines.
